4 Day Caribbean Cruises Itenary

4 Day Caribbean cruises are a great way to spend your vacation. Before deciding when you are going there a couple of things you must consider. There are several types of cruises: the romantic ones, family cruises, single cruises, senior cruises, and more. You must be really sure on what type of cruising you are getting on; otherwise your vacation might have an unexpected turn. Depending on the cruise package the duration of the cruise also varies. Some cruises that go around the world have duration of 130 days. The most popular cruises however are of a shorter duration like 4 and 7 days.

Even on the shorter cruises there are certain things you cannot overlook:

1. Book your cruise with anticipation. Generally the earlier you do it, the more money you will able to save. Try to go between March and April, is usually cheaper around this months.

2. The 4 Day Caribbean cruises usually visit 2 to 3 different islands. So be sure these islands are places you really want to visit.

3. Bring all the documentation needed to the cruise. That includes passports, cruise tickets and any health insurance papers you might need just in case.

4. One detail that many people forget is to have a carry-on bag with you with all the toiletries needed like toothbrush, medicines, hair brush and a change of clothes for the first night in case the luggage takes too long to arrive. On the last night of the cruise you will have to do like in the first day; put all the toiletries and a change of clothes in the carry-on bag because you will have to pack all your things on the luggage and leave it outside the room so in the morning you will have only with you the things on your carry-on.

5. Since this is a short cruise, one formal suit should enough for the formal night. Longer cruises usually have 2 formal nights or more but this is not the case. A couple of swimsuits should be fine for those moments when you want to jump in the pool. A couple of shirts and pants with some underwear is all that you will require in that time, no need to go overboard with clothes especially since you will need the extra space for the souvenirs.

6. Identify all your belongings inside your luggage and the luggage itself with some ribbon that way you will have an easier time finding it. Also bring a lock to secure your luggage as well.
