2. Flossing.
Flossing in between ALL your teeth at least once per day is vital for removing old food that would otherwise allow bacteria to flourish in your mouth. Do this before you go to bed so that the bacteria can’t grow in this usual “dry” condition.
3. Thorough brushing.
Brushing all surfaces of your teeth thoroughly is a MUST. But most people neglect other parts of their mouth. You should lightly brush your gums, the roof of your mouth and the inside of your cheeks as well.
4. Tongue scraping.
