Our bodies have a natural cooling system similar to that in a car. A cars coolant system stops the car from over heating while our bodies sweat to stop from overheating. We have two main types of sweat glands called the Eccrine and the Apocrine glands.

Surgery is a last resort and this often involves removing the sweat glands or cutting the nerves that signal the glands to sweat. Surgery is usually the last option in trying to deal with this condition.
