There is a muscle around this tube that squeezes it and that’s what provides control. Gravity will always be pulling down on the liquid, so it will go through the tube. If these muscles don’t work, you’ll always be running to the bathroom. The key to getting that control back is to stimulate these muscles to start squeezing again.
There are a number of ways to increase bladder control. There is a simple exercise you can do. You have to squeeze your butt cheeks together and you should feel this bladder muscle flex.
