Now! Say Goodbye To Nail Fungus
Finally put an end to your suffering and fight nail fungal infection. Say “nail fungus no more!” with these steps.
Make certain to keep your feet dry. Refrain from getting your feet wet and from places where there is moisture because this makes the nail bed wet and moisture stays there for a time enough for fungus to grow. If you are taking a shower, cover the affected area with a plastic glove or bag in a way that it will keep it from getting wet, but just tight enough for air to circulate. If you can shower with your foot or hand (wherever nail fungus is) out of the show, the better it is for you. If you have fungus on your fingernails and you need to do the dishes, wear plastic gloves and immediately dry it off using a towel or hair dryer. Bottom line is, in whatever you do, keep the affected part dry.
If you are fond of wearing nail polish, better remove it first and refrain from using it until the nail is totally clear of fungus. Removing the nail polish keeps the nail exposed to light, which is important because fungus grows in dark areas. Just apply nail polish a week after the nail has completely recovered and is healthy again; this time, it is best to just wear nail polish on special occasions and not as an everyday practice.
Or, you can use 1 cap of Clorox bleach in a tall glass filled with water. Soak the nail in the solution for 1 minute and repeat the procedure for a number of days until such time that fungus has lessen. Of course, this can only bring immediate relief but not total cure. You can try some all-natural over the counter drug that work, or in a more severe cases, consult with your physician.
