Treat And Cure Your Sinus Congestion Using All Natural Oil Pulling
Sinusitis is enormous problem in our society. Unfortuantely, there are a wide variety of things that are believed to cause the problem from fungal infections, to deviated septums. Usually there are only a few courses of action. Either your doctor will prescribe you loads of antibiotics if a bacterial infection is believed to be present (usually not the case with chronic conditions), or some sort of nasal decongestant will be prescribed.
Ultimately, if none of these work, your ENT will order sinus surgery, whether you need it or not (I have had first hand experience with all of this). Needless to say, all of aforementioned treatments are virtually useless and fail the majority of the time. Oil Pulling is an ancient alternative health practice which involves swishing around cooking oil (Coconut, Sesame, Sunflower, etc…) inside of your mouth for 15-20 minutes.
Once the mixture is swished around in your mouth, it becomes saturated with toxins which get absored into the mucous membrane (this is why the solution is never swallowed). When I started this regimen after I tried everything else to cure my condition, I began no notice immediate improvements. First, my post nasal drip began to subside and sinus congestion was not nearly as bad as it was before I started.
Therefore I continued to do oil pulling everyday for 15-20 minutes and my sinus condition improved accordingly. I still continue to perform the regimen daily and my condition is nearly cured. Not to mention the other health benefits that this wonderful treatment has provided me.
