It is natural to sweat when exercising or during hot weather conditions, but don’t you feel awkward to sweat the whole day without a reason? It has happened to me in the past when I used to sweat a lot during work and when I was out with friends. If you don’t know how to reduce sweating, then it is going to be a problem for your social and work life because excessive sweat can reduce productivity and confidence to a great extent. It is embarrassing to have sweat stains all over you because looks disgusting and smells really bad.

Daily morning workout: Exercising is very important, not only for good health but also for controlling the sweat. Morning is the best time to exercise because all the harmful toxins from your body are released in the form of sweat and the sweat glands are kept under control for the rest of the day. At least 20 – 30 minutes of workout is essential every morning.

Proper clothing: You shouldn’t wear a black dress during summer because black absorbs heat. So go for a lighter color. You will not be able to reduce sweating if you are careless about the clothes you wear. Generally, tight fittings stimulate more heat. Thus, loose fittings are great to control sweating.

Regular shower: Shower at least 2 times a day to keep yourself fresh. After showering, wash yourself with a dry cloth and do not expose yourself to the sun immediately.
