Weight loss – the hottest self improvement trend ever. More people are looking to acquire their “ideal” weight than there are pebbles on the beach. Ok, well maybe not that much. But none the less almost everyone wishes they could drop a few pounds (self included).

Simply switch out some of the bad carbs in your diet for these healthier ones. For instance, cut back on white flour products (like beagles) and substitute the berries accordingly.
