To start this off I’m going to be completely honest with you. Weight loss is not nearly as easy or as simple as it looks. To be totally frank, to get to your desired body you are going to have to make some drastic changes to your entire lifestyle.
OK…did I scare you off?
If I didn’t scare you then you are already in the top 3% of those out there who really want to drop the weight and achieve the body they want, but for reasons unknown, it just never happens.
And this is not because they didn’t want it bad enough, but it is because they don’t have the will to consistently alter their lifestyle from a bad one into a healthy one.
I like to use the analogy of money here too…
Most people will stay at the same boring old job that they’ve had forever but HATE simply because they are too scared to put themselves out there and make a change.

I’m only going to say this once, if you’re ready for a change and actually want to take some responsibility for your actions then I know without a doubt that you can create absolutely anything you want.
These are top 5 things the 97% of unsuccessful people do and what you NEVER want to do…
1. Fearing Fear. Fear is the little ugly guy sitting on your shoulder constantly tell you that you can do want you really want because to do so you would have to go outside your familiar zone. But we will all experience fear whether we like it or not, but the true test is not to avoid fear. The secret is to feel the fear but do it anyway.
2. Too Many Excuses. Being an experienced personal trainer I’ve heard every excuse in the world why you can’t workout or be healthy. I know life can get crazy, but taking care of your health should be considered an investment. Would you rather workout and eat healthy today, or pay the medical and psychological bills tomorrow?
3. Not Having Goals. People come to me all the time with incomplete ambitions of what they want to accomplish while training. Yeah I know you want to lose weight and look fantastic, but instead write down where you are now and then write down where you want to be and by when. Look at this everyday for the extra motivation that will inspire you to go to the gym when you’re feeling “too tired” to workout.
4. You’re Lazy. Our bodies and minds want to stay in homeostasis which is great for survival but it’s horrible for thriving. Getting the body of your dreams and living the ultimate lifestyle is going to require that you put in the hard work and dedicate yourself to your goals. There’s no magic pill that will do all the work for you.
5. Bad Attitude. Attitude could not be more overlooked in my opinion when it comes to weight loss. Losing weight is going to be a tough road and you have to have a great attitude from start to finish. Without a great attitude you will simply crumble and die as the road gets tougher and tougher. Having a great positive attitude is vital for success and without it you’re setting yourself up for failure.
