Dr Oz’s 5 Super Foods Diet For A Younger Look
We all want to look younger than our real age. Some of us, the ones with a lot of money, do it by surgery. I would never do that because surgery is just not natural. Looking young naturally is important to me and the only way to achieve that is through diet and exercise. Thankfully, my mentor, Dr. Oz recently provided a list of 5 super foods on his TV show that will help you look younger.
Here is Dr. Oz’s 5 super foods diet to help you look younger naturally:
- Eggs: Eggs are one of the healthiest single foods you could possibly eat. Eggs have so much nutrition, vitamins, and minerals – Things like Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin A, vitamin k, protein, calcium, and much more. Specifically, Dr. Oz says that eggs contain iron, biotin and B12, all of which help to strengthen your hair.
- Pomegranate: The juice from pomegranate seeds helps to preserve the collagen in your skin. This is important because, as people age, the loss of collagen leads to wrinkles.
- Oatmeal: Dr. Oz says that oatmeal contains soluble fiber, which reduces the bad cholesterol.
- Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds are a great source of magnesium, which helps to lower blood pressure and prevent heart attacks, so don’t just throw out your pumpkins after Halloween.
- Black Currants: One serving of these berries provides your body with five times more vitamin C than you would get in an orange, plus many other essential vitamins and minerals.
Again, just eating these super foods is only half the battle. To look younger naturally, you must have a healthy all-around diet, as well as regular exercise.
