Good post…
I think that more and more people are turning to natural treatments for anxiety/panic attacks, and this has to be the way forward..
Gentle exercise like Yoga and meditation are great for controlling the triggers that start off anxiety, but if we can control the root causes of these triggers, then that is half the battle won!
